David is the founder of DeerCeption Outdoor Products, Inc.  Using his passion and creativity, he has built DeerCeption into an outstanding, competitive and diversified outdoor product company.   David has many years of outdoor experience serving as a professional hunting guide, video producer and avid hunter.   David specialized in Business Marketing & Advertising in college.  David is also co-host of the TV show “Timber Ridge Outdoors”, and is the working force behind the day to day details of the company.

Don Prince Jr.
CFO

Don will host Creator Corner as well as co-host the TV show “Timber Ridge Outdoors”. He has a BRE & a MRE Degree, as well as his series 6 & 63 financial certifications. Don is qualified as a financial service expert.   He has over 35 years of hunting experience and has hunted all over North America, harvesting several big game animals. Don has owned a sporting goods store in the past, HB sporting goods. His expertise in the financial world will serve as a great asset for the company.

Rachel Wittrock
VP of Administrations

Rachel Wittrock is recently new to the hunting world.  Though she has limited experience, her knowledge has expanded tremendously due to the interaction with the other knowledgeable and helpful pro staff at DeerCeption Outdoor Products. Her natural gift for creativity, has already given her the opportunity to make her mark with DeerCeption.  Rachel will co-author and produce commercials, labels, brochures and any other creative aspect of DeerCeption. She is also part of the design team for marketing & advertising of new products. It won’t be too long before the hunting industry will feel her presence as well.

Jill Duell & Scott Duell
Assistant Sales Directors

Jill & her husband Scott have been passionately pursuing their dreams for over 20 years. Finally in a place they can truly call home, Jill has taken the role of Sales Director for the company.  With Scott & Jill’s experience in the business world, they bring yet another dimension to the company…wisdom and passion.

Sam Pew
Video & Audio Producer

Sam will co-produce projects for the DeerCeption and Timber Ridge Outdoor Productions. He is an expert in audio production and will be a leader in creating new dimensions for the TV shows.  Sam is a graduate of Full Sail Film School and graduated second in his class. He accumulated 7 awards for producing, editing, and audio. He will be a valued asset to the company as he works alongside his father, Bob Pew.

Pete Lathrop
Host of Timber Ridge Outdoor Radio

Pete will help in many areas of DeerCeption Outdoor Products operations. He will help identify technology needs and solutions as well as being in charge of setting up our database, website, and communication systems. He will host and produce the weekly radio show. He will also assist in areas of need throughout the year. Pete brings 17 years of radio experience to the company.

Leon Prince
Pro Staff

Leon has traveled all over the world, hunting and fishing big game and uncharted waters. He has harvested many big game animals as far north as Alaska and as far south as Texas. Leon’s biggest passion is fishing. With over 45 years of fishing under his belt, you could say, he has mastered the art.  Leon has been with the company since the beginning, traveling with film crews and producing TV shows.  DeerCeption & Timber Ridge Outdoor Productions is in the works of producing a fishing TV show called, “Fishin’ the Dream” which will be co-hosted by Leon & his son Matt.

Matt Prince
Pro Staff

Matt has been hunting for over 20 years, harvesting many big game animals across the country.  Matt’s biggest passion is fishing. He is a master angler and a seasoned pro, bringing with him over 25 years of experience. Matt brings a wealth of knowledge to the company, and is a big asset to the growth of DeerCeption Outdoor Products. Matt will co-host a new TV show in the works called, “Fishin’ the Dream”.

Beau is the newest member of the DeerCeption pro staff. Beau brings another dimension to the company…Youthfulness. At a mere 15 years of age, Beau brings over 10 years of hunting and fishing experience. Beau harvested his first deer at the ripe old age of 6. Beau lives to hunt and fish and tries to find time wherever he can find it. With his passion for the outdoors, he will bring energy only youth can bring.

Mike Cain
Sales & Marketing Director

Mike Cain learned to hunt from his grandfather at age 9.  Thirty years later his passion for early mornings and sun drenched evenings in the field is stronger than ever.  Blessed with a loving wife, and three beautiful children, Mike is often joined in the stand by his 9 year old son, Will. Mike has been fortunate to harvest some trophy whitetails over the years.   Mike is third generation home builder in the Athens,  Georgia area.   Millstone Homes, Inc. specializes in building custom homes for families.  Mike approach to building is the same as his approach to hunting, we aren’t just building homes, we are building relationships with people.

Hunting and the outdoors have been a big part of my life for over 30 years. I have also been an artist for as long as I can remember. Putting my passions of hunting and art/design together has allowed me to work in the outdoor advertising market with a complete understanding of the hunter as a consumer. I am very excited to be a part of the DeerCeption Outdoor Team. My faith and family are the most important influences in my life. The great state of Michigan is where hunt and work.

Scotty Thurmond

Age 37, wife Kasi and two girls Anna Kate, and Mary Grant. I was introduced to hunting by my father and killed my first deer at age 10. I feel blessed to be part of a company that shares the same enthusiasm as I do about hunting.
